EMS Sculpting

What is EMS Sculpting Treatment?

EMS Sculpting is an advanced, non-invasive body contouring treatment designed to help build muscle and reduce stubborn fat. Using high-intensity electromagnetic energy, the technology stimulates thousands of powerful muscle contractions that cannot be achieved through regular exercise alone. These intense contractions help strengthen and tone muscles while also encouraging the body to break down fat cells in the treated area.

This innovative procedure is commonly used to improve areas such as the abdomen, buttocks, thighs, and arms, helping create a more defined and sculpted appearance. Sculpting sessions are typically quick, comfortable, and require little to no downtime, making it a convenient option for people with busy lifestyles. With consistent sessions and a healthy routine, it can support long-lasting improvements in muscle tone, body strength, and overall body shape.

How Does EMS Sculpting Treatment Work?

EMS Sculpting allows you to burn fat and tone your abs and/or buttocks without any pain or downtime.

A Sculpting session is the equivalent to doing around 20,000 sit-ups or squats depending on the area that’s being targeted. EMS body sculpting allows you to burn fat and tone your abs and buttocks without any pain or downtime.

This is a treatment procedure for the improvement of the following body areas:

  • Abdominal tone improvement
  • Development of a firmer abdomen
  • Strengthening of the abdominal muscles
  • Strengthening, toning and firming of the thighs and buttocks
  • Improvement of muscle tone and firmness in the arm

Areas that can be treated include the abs, buttocks and arms.

On average clients will need around 4 to 8 sessions spaced three days apart.

The EMS Sculpting procedure lasts 30 minutes. An applicator is secured to either the abdomen or the buttock. Once in place, involuntary contractions are generated by the machine. These forced contractions are called supramaximal contractions due to the high intensity achieved. Muscles which are practically impossible to engage voluntarily are also recruited in the intense contractions.

To ensure muscle fatigue doesn’t settle in, cycles of contractions are followed by a cycle of lactic acid dispersion. This allows the EMS sculpting process to generate an enormous 20,000 contractions in a short 30 minutes. Imagine being able to reap the benefits from 20,000 crunches in 30 minutes with next to no discomfort or downtime afterwards!

The great thing about EMS Sculpting is there is NO downtime as it is non invasive. You may feel a slight tingling sensation or soreness after your session. This is much the same sensation you may feel after working out at the gym.

It is important that you maintain a balanced diet and remain active in between EMS Sculpt sessions to retain muscle mass and help the results to last longer.

£75 per area (30 Minute session)
